Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our customers at Pure Health and Wellness 360, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show.
